Founding-partner pricing works like this. The first roofers in at each level pay the lowest rate, and that rate is locked for the life of their account — it never rises. Every time a level fills up, the price steps up for the next roofer who joins. And if an earlier, lower-rate client ever leaves, the longest-running client at the next level up gets moved DOWN into that open lower rate. You're rewarded for getting in early and staying — you will never pay more than the day you signed.

Every level climbs the same way — get in early and lock the lowest rate at each level, for the life of your account.
When you move up a level, you don't pay full sticker like a brand-new signup. You bring your founding seniority with you and join that level at your original cohort's rate — so a founding partner moving up gets that level's founding rate too. The earlier you joined, the better your rate at every level, and you'll never pay more than a new roofer signing up fresh.
Example: say Growth fills up and new roofers pay $1,800/mo. If you joined Foundation in the first cohort, you move up at Growth's founding rate — $1,500/mo — because you carry your seniority. Never more than a new signup, never less than that level's founders.
Moving up isn't limited by open spots. A founding partner keeps their founding rate at the higher level even if it's already full — they just become an extra founding member (a 6th in a 5). New roofers signing up fresh still pay that level's current rate.
